Our Story

Founded in 2017, The RMP Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides American Indian and Alaska Native services, with a mission to improve the education, health and wellness of all people, especially those throughout Native communities. The RMP Foundation was created as a catalyst to change lives in our communities as they benefit from our investments in their future. The RMP Foundation provides educational opportunities and health focused grants which support our youth and promote healthy communities.

The RMP Foundation supports Roadtrip Nation, a non-profit that uses the power of storytelling to inspire people to follow their own path in career exploration. Their mission is to talk with professionals of every kind and ask the questions that no one is asking - honest questions about their struggles, successes, and how they figured out the age-old dilemma, “What should I do with my life?” These stories form the basis of their career exploration products – including educational curriculum, personalized online tools, video content, bestselling books, and live events. Together, these tools create a diverse and relevant collection of resources showing young people the vast scope of careers and possibilities. The RMP Foundation has fueled Roadtrip Nation’s upcoming documentary film following the journey of three Native young adults as they take a road trip to interview Native leaders and gain insights into their own futures.
