Tribal Tech, LLC Announces New CEO, Neill Sciarrone

ALEXANDRIA, VA, February 10, 2021 – Tribal Tech, LLC, an American Indian, woman-owned management and technical services company, announced today that Marie O’Neill “Neill” Sciarrone has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tribal Tech, LLC and its subsidiary, Cowan & Associates, Inc. Ms. Sciarrone succeeds Vicki Vasques, the current Chairwoman of the Board. Ms. Vasques will remain in this role where she will guide corporate operations, strategic planning, and partnership development.

 Ms. Sciarrone’s appointment represents a continuation of Tribal Tech’s investment in growth and strategic acquisitions.

She will continue to be involved in business operations, along with focusing her efforts on enhancing client engagement and partnerships.

 Ms. Sciarrone is Co-founder and former President of Trinity Cyber, Inc. Prior, she served as a senior executive at BAE Systems Inc. and was previously appointed by President George W. Bush as the Special Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Senior Director for Cybersecurity and Information Sharing Policy. In this capacity, Ms. Sciarrone led the Administration’s efforts on cybersecurity, information sharing, and critical infrastructure policy. She also held key roles at the White House Homeland Security Council, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Commerce. Ms. Sciarrone sits on several non-profit boards and was recognized as an inaugural Presidential Leadership Scholar.
